President

Presides at all meetings and shall be chief executive officer of the Association. General supervision over the development of the Association’s entire program, makes all committee appointments not already set forth in the By Laws, and be an ex-officio member of all committees.

Vice President

Performs the duties of the President in his/her absence. The Vice President is responsible for the planning of any seminars and special meetings sponsored by the Association. The Vice President serves on any committees as set forth in the By Laws or as designated by the President.

Secretary

Post NCAGIO announcements and news on the association’s Facebook page; coordinate with web designer to post items to NCAGIO website; maintain email lists; send out monthly meeting announcements.

Treasurer

Serve as custodian of NCAGIO account records, checkbook and credit card; deposit all funds received by NCAGIO to the credit union account(s);keep a record of receipts and expenditures; maintain the membership roster; provide a written report to the membership as directed by the President.

Programs Chairman

The program chairman shall be responsible for inviting speakers or arranging events for the monthly membership meetings and arranging a venue for those events. The program chairman may send information on the meetings to the membership, or to the secretary to send.

Membership Chairman

The membership chairman is responsible for recruiting new members and maintaining the membership list.

Awards Chairman

Coordinate annual awards program, including receiving and tracking entries, recruiting judges, preparing award certificates and presenting awards at the annual meeting. 

Awards Vice-Chairman

Position assist with responsibilities assigned to the awards chairman.  

Marketing and Communications

Manages the website, MailChimp, Gmail, and any other graphic design and photography needs of the Association.
